The purposes of the GRT Democratic Club are to advocate for democratic values and to elect Democrats in Grand Rapids Township, and at times, neighboring municipalities, and Kent County.

The GRT Democratic Club is an independent local club chartered by the Michigan Democratic Party. While we collaborate with the Kent County Democratic Party in support of electing Democrats across the county, we operate as a independent organization with our own leadership, membership, decision‑making, and endorsement authority.
